1.
To
organise forums for clubs on request regarding refereeing matters.
2.
To
arrange examinations for bowlers (male and female) wishing to become qualified
referees.
3.
To keep
abreast of new rules and/or byelaws and to communicate changes to all active
referees.
4.
To
arrange Sub-Committee meetings to discuss changes to the rules/byelaws made by
the BCGBA.
5.
To
identify personnel to take up refereeing duties for WWCBA finals, local league
finals and any other request for referees from clubs.
6.
To attend
Annual General and Delegates meetings arranged by the BCG Referees’ Society.
7.
To
represent WWCBA in the Referees Patron Day Merit Competition.
8.
To liase
with the BCG Referees’ Society’s Referees’ Secretary and Area
Representative (appointed by BCGBA).
9.
To report
back from BCG Referees’ Society meetings to WWCBA Management Committee.
10.
To maintain a
database identifying qualified referees.
11.
To implement the
BCGBA players’ dress-code and the WWCBA’s Code of Conduct.
