Objectives for 2005 The burden of work undertaken by Officers and Committee Members to maintain our status as a successful County Association and the process of succession planning that has to come into play to replace 4 Officers has prompted the Management Committee to identify and agree a set of objectives that should underpin our work in 2005. Everything the Management Committee does should be in pursuit of one or more of our shared objectives. If it doesn't sit comfortably in this framework then the Committee will not be spending time on it. At the December meeting the Committee formulated a listing of objectives to include those tasks, which must be undertaken, approaches which should be adopted and ongoing activities which the Committee considers to be most important but sometimes may be lost sight of. The following list has been approved by the Management Committee:- 1. To maintain a County status 2. To maintain viability 3. To secure a replacement Development Officer 4. To re-evaluate the role of Assistant Secretary 5. To secure a replacement Association Secretary 6. To secure a replacement Treasurer 7. To market the website 8. To maintain a voice at National level 9. To attract new sponsors 10. To delegate specific management responsibilities to all Committee Members who shall be come accountable 11. To generate take-up of coaching services 12. To increase the number of qualified referees 13. To treat all Members Clubs equitably 14. To seek out new Member Clubs 15.
